A short drive leaving Delhi international airport of around 5 hours depending on traffic and stops on route to the hotel, in this case the Ranthambhore Regency. A great place with pool and bar in the middle of Ranthambhore. each day a different route through the local villages and enclaves of colour. once in the park at opening time look at the guide searching and listening for nature to give the clues of wildlife and the Stripes, looking at sand tracks for footprints of Bengal Tiger, male, female, cubs. It is nature and sometimes there are disappointed faces but on this trip we were lucky to spend nearly 3 hours with 3 sleepy cubs of about 16 months old. in a Gypsy there may be 2 or 3 of you in a Cantor upto 20, but give the wildlife respect and time of your company, upto 7 individual safaris with guide and naturist to get the images of sloth bear, tiger, fish eagle, kingfisher, samber deer, spotted deer, maybe a leopard before breakfast. A short taster of a wildlife packed tour awaits.

I travelled to Agra, which was an amazing trip in a comfortable car, with stops at fascinating places on the way to the Taj Mahal and the red fort; and New Delhi where i enjoyed the modern art gallery, along with many of Delhi’s famous places. I learned a lot from Ajeet about history and architecture which made the trip especially interesting. Ajeet is the perfect person to run this travel and tour company being so knowledgeable and personable. I am definitely booking another tour with TravelwithAJ, as soon as I can get to India again.
